Wolves Acquire Returning Rights to Craig Randall II

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Wolves announced today that the team has acquired the returning player rights to guard Craig Randall II from the Long Island Nets for the returning player rights to guard Derrick Alston Jr. In another move, the Wolves released guard Jared Wilson-Frame.
Randall II, 6-4, most recently played for the Adelaide 36ers of the National Basketball League in Australia, averaging 20.3 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game in six games with the 36ers. Randall II scored a game-high 35 points with nine three-pointers in the 36ers win over the Phoenix Suns in a preseason NBA game on Oct. 2, 2022.
Randall II was named the NBA G League’s Most Improved Player last season after averaging 26.2 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game in 26 games with the Nets. He played in 76 career collegiate games, spending two seasons at Memphis University before transferring to UT-Martin for his final two seasons.
Wilson-Frame, 6-5, played in six games with the Wolves after being acquired from the available player pool on Jan. 6, averaging 6.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.
