The Wolves offer many affordably priced ticket options that put fans up close to the action of elite professional basketball, featuring talented players on the cusp of the NBA! You can purchase a Flex Pack today, which includes 24 tickets redeemable at any Iowa Wolves home game. The full 2025-26 schedule will be announced in September. Single game tickets will go on sale after that.
Alpha, team mascot requests – Alpha debuted in 2017 at the start of the Iowa Wolves as the NBA G League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves. During the season, Iowa’s favorite mascot is busy all winter inside Casey's Center, roaming the basketball court and up in the stands entertaining fans of all ages! Outside of Wolves home games, Alpha enjoys making community and event appearances across Greater Des Moines and central Iowa. Requests for Alpha should be made via this form.
Alpha's Pup Club for fans ages 3-12 - Alpha's Pup Club is back for the 2025-26 season! Fans ages 3-12 are eligible to join Alpha's Pup Club to receive all the exclusive Pup perks, including a free ticket to every Wolves home game. Check out all the perks and sign up here!
Animals - Properly identified service animals with visible credentials are permitted in Casey's Center. The arena is open to all dogs with the signing of a waiver on any "Dog Days" promotional dates.
Bag Policy - Casey's Center has implemented a clear bag policy for all events. A maximum clear bag the size of 12"x6"x12" is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or childcare bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5"x 6.5". To view Casey's Center policies and FAQ visit here.
Banners and Signs - Banners and signs are permitted if they do not block the view of others, interfere with the game, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard, or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.
Basketballs – Basketballs are allowed inside Casey's Center.
Broadcast – TV and Web Stream – All Iowa Wolves home and road games are broadcast on online via iawolves.com or the NBA G League's YouTube page. Select home or away games are broadcast nationally on NBA TV, an ESPN Network or on ESPN+.
Children Tickets – Children aged two and under do not require a ticket for Iowa Wolves games. However, they must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Directions to Casey's Center — From Interstate 35 from the North: Follow I-235 West into Downtown Des Moines and take the Third Street Exit to the Iowa Events Center. From Interstate 35 from the South: Merge onto I-235 East exit and travel east towards Downtown Des Moines. Take the downtown exit and proceed to the Third Street exit. From Interstate 80 from the East: Headed west on I-80, take the I-235 West exit and continue towards Downtown Des Moines. Take the 3rd Street exit (Downtown Des Moines) and go south to the Iowa Events Center complex. Parking is available on-site, with additional street and ramp parking within walking distance. From Interstate 80 from the West: Headed east on I-80, take the I-235 East exit and continue towards Downtown Des Moines. Take the Iowa Events Center Exit (Third Street) and turn right. Parking is available on-site, with additional street and ramp parking within walking distance of our complex.
Donation Requests – All donation requests must be submitted online via this link. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before any event that an item may be donated for. All requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be emailed back to the requestor. Fundraising through group tickets are available by calling 515-564-8550 to speak with an Iowa Wolves representative.
Doors Open – Casey's Center doors open 60 minutes prior to tipoff for Wolves’ games.
Fan Services – Iowa Wolves’ fan services desk is located on the main concourse of Casey's Center outside of section 124.
Firearms – Firearms are prohibited inside Casey's Center.
First Aid - The First Aid Station at Casey's Center is located on the main concourse behind section 113. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.
Food & Beverage – Outside food and drink is prohibited at Casey's Center. The Casey's Center concession stands offer a wide range of food and drink options. All stands are cashless with the exception of the Exile Beer stand and the Dip N Pop stand. Guests can purchase gift cards at the Exile stand with cash, place increments of $20 on the cards and then use the cards at all other concession stands inside Casey's Center.
Front Office – The Iowa Wolves front office staff is now headquartered at 665 Grand Ave., Suite 300, Des Moines, IA 50309. The Wolves' game day office is located inside the south entrance of Casey's Center (730 Third Street Des Moines, IA 50309) next to the main Casey's Center box office. The Grand Ave office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday or by appointment.

Lost and Found - During a game, you may inquire about lost or found items at the Casey's Center Guest Services office location behind section 107. For inquiries following a game, please call 515-564-8000 (option 9) during normal business hours.
Media – During the season, media members should submit credential requests 48 hours in advance of home game planning to attend to Emily Wade at emily.wade@iawolves.com.
Merchandise - During home games, the team merchandise store will now be located in the merchandise store of Casey's Center on the north side of the building. Credit cards only are accepted. Fans looking to purchase Iowa Wolves merchandise anytime can visit the NBA G League online shop.
Mobile Tickets – Starting with the 2021-22 season, the Iowa Wolves moved to a digital ticket system. Digital ticketing allows for contactless arena entry, user-friendly account management, ticket transfer capabilities right from your smartphone or web browser, and a more responsible environmental footprint. For the 2025-26 season, tickets must be added to a digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) for entry. Barcodes will no longer display on tickets. Tickets will be scanned by tapping your phone on the scanner at the door. Screenshots of tickets for entry will not be allowed.

Mother’s Room – A mother’s room is located in the First Aid Station room at Casey's Center, which is located on the main concourse behind section 113.
National Anthem – Potential national anthem singers must submit a video of a prior/recent national anthem performance to emily.howe@iawolves.com.
Parking - The main arena parking lot is located between 3rd St. and 5th St., with an entrance off each street. The main lot is northwest of the north entrance for Casey's Center. The parking lot is first come first serve and costs $12 per car. Metered street parking is available outside WFA, and Sundays metered parking is free in downtown Des Moines. The City of Des Moines recently started using the ParkDSM app for street parking.

Player Tryouts - The Iowa Wolves typically hold open local player tryouts every September. Open tryouts offer local players an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of Wolves coaches and Timberwolves personnel competing to earn an invitation to the NBA G League team’s training camp in October. Security - Walk-through metal detectors are used Iowa Wolves games at Casey's center. Cell phones, keys, and RFID wallets will need to be removed and placed in a bowl before walking through the metal detectors. These procedures are not a response to any specific threat, but rather recommendations made by OVG360 and security partner CSC with consultation from local law enforcement officials and Polk County. Fans are encouraged to allow for extra time to enter Casey's Center and to leave non-essential items at home.
Sensory Inclusive – Casey's Center, as part of the Iowa Events Center, is Sensory Inclusive™ certified. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests including those with sensory needs. The Sensory Room at Casey's Center is sponsored by Please Pass the Love is located on the main concourse behind section 119. Sensory bags are available for checkout in two locations: inside the Casey's Center Guest Services, which is located near the north entrance of the arena. In addition, bags are available at the Iowa Events Center Main Office, which is in the skywalks between the EMC Expo Center and Casey's Center.
Smoking - Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in all public areas of Casey's Center including the arena and concourses. Designated outdoor smoking areas are located on the north and south sides of Casey's Center.
Strollers – Strollers are not allowed inside Casey's Center.

Team Store – The Iowa Wolves is located on the main concourse of Casey's Center outside of section 124. The Wolves’ Team Store is cashless.
Tipoff Times - All Wolves home games Monday through Saturday nights at Casey's Center will tipoff at 6:30pm. Sunday games will tip at 3pm.
Umbrellas – Umbrellas are not allowed inside Casey's Center but can be checked in at the Casey's Center Guest Services office location behind section 107.
Wolves High School Hoops Series – The Iowa Wolves offer select availability for high schools to host basketball games on the court of Casey's Center. Activities Directors or head coaches can call the Wolves office at 515-564-8550 if interested in the Wolves' High School Hoops Series.
