Timberwolves Announce NBA 2K23 Summer League 2022 in Las Vegas Roster

Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the team's roster for the NBA 2K23 Summer League 2022 in Las Vegas. The Wolves open their summer league slate with a contest against the Denver Nuggets on July 8 at Cox Pavilion. The game will be broadcast on NBATV.
The roster is headlined by forward Leandro Bolmaro, the team’s 2022 NBA Draft acquisitions, Walker Kessler, Wendell Moore Jr., Josh Minott and draft pick Matteo Spagnolo. This year’s team will be coached by Timberwolves Assistant Coach Kevin Burleson.

From July 7-17, all 30 NBA teams will play four games with the two teams with the best records from the first four games will meet in the Championship Game on Sunday, July 17 at 2 p.m. CT on ESPN. The 28 teams that do not play in the Championship Game will play a fifth game on July 16 or July 17.
This summer will mark the 15th NBA Summer League in Las Vegas appearance for the Wolves (2006-10, 2012-19, 2021) where they are 39-36 all-time. In 2021, Minnesota went 4-1 in Summer League play.
All 75 games of the 11-day competition will air live on television on ESPN networks or NBA TV. Every game will also be available to stream on ESPN+ and the ESPN App.
NBA 2K23 Summer League 2022 will have two games at the Thomas & Mack Center on the first day of competition (July 7), followed by a combined six to nine games per day at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion for 10 consecutive days (July 8-17). From Sunday, July 3 through Wednesday, July 6, the Timberwolves will host a 2022 Summer League mini-camp prior to the start of the NBA 2K23 Summer League 2022 in Las Vegas.
Select Timberwolves coaches and the team’s Summer League roster will be made available to the media at the conclusion of each practice. Updates on timing and availability will be distributed the day prior.
