
Who are the Iowa Wolves?
The Iowa Wolves are the NBA G League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves, providing fans the opportunity to watch elite professional basketball talent up close at affordable prices in downtown Des Moines.
Where do the Iowa Wolves play and when are the games?
All Iowa Wolves home games are played at Casey's Center, located at:
730 Third Street, Des Moines, IA 50309
Games tip off at the following times: Monday - Thursday @ 6:30 PM, Friday - Saturday @ 7:00 PM, Sunday @ 3:00 PM. Doors open 60 minutes prior to all games. For the full Wolves schedule, click here.
Where can I watch games online?
Iowa Wolves home and away games are streamed through:
- nbagleague.com or the NBA G League app
- Select games on NBA TV, ESPN networks, Amazon Prime Video, and Roku Sports Channel

TICKETS & MEMBERSHIPS
What ticket options are available?
Fans can choose from:
- Full-Season or Half-Season Memberships
- Flex Packs (6, 12, or 24 tickets redeemable for any home game)
- Single-game tickets
- Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent or guardian's lap

Are mobile tickets required?
Yes. All tickets are digital and must be added to an Apple or Google Wallet before arriving. Screenshots are not accepted for entry. If you have trouble accessing your tickets, contact the Iowa Wolves at 515-564-8550 or email dustin.hall@iawolves.com for assistance.

GETTING TO THE GAME
Where can I park?
Parking is available at Casey's Center with entrances off of 3rd Street and 5th Avenue. Please note that these lots are first-come, first-served basis.
ADA Accessible parking is available in the Orange Lot south of Crocker Street with an entrance of 5th Avenue.
Parking rates:
- Cars and trucks: $13
- Large trucks (dually and snow blades): $26
- RVs and buses: $52
Additional parking options include downtown ramps and metered street parking. The ParkDSM app is available for street parking. Metered parking is free on Sundays in downtown Des Moines.
How do I get to Casey's Center?
Casey's Center is easily accessible from Interstates 35, 80, and 235 via the Third Street/downtown Des Moines exits.

ARENA POLICIES
Is there a clear bag policy?
Guests may bring one of the following bags into the venue:
- One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed to 12" x 6" x 12"
- One gallon-size clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar)
- Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap
Exceptions are made for medical, family, and childcare bags.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include:
- Firearms and weapons
- Outside food and beverages
- Strollers
- Umbrellas (may be checked at Guest Services)
- Sign poles or sticks
Can I bring a basketball?
Yes, basketballs are permitted inside Casey's Center.
Can I bring a sign or banner?
Yes, provided it:
- Does not obstruct views
- Does not contain advertising
- Is not political or obscene
- Does not create a safety hazard
Management reserves the right to remove any sign or banner.
Are service animals allowed?
Properly identified service animals are permitted. Dogs are also welcome during designed "Hoops & Howls" games with a signed waiver.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside Casey's Center. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available outside the arena.

SECURITY & GUEST SERVICES
What security screening should I expect?
All guests pass through walk-through metal detectors. Items such as phones, keys, and RFID wallets should be removed before screening.
Where is Fan Services?
Fan Services is located on the main concourse outside Section 124.
How can I contact Lost & Found?
During games, visit Guest Services behind section 107. After an event, call 515-564-8000 (Option 9) during Casey's Center business hours.
Where is First Aid located?
The First Aid Station is located on the main concourse behind Section 113. In an emergency, notify the nearest staff member or security officer.

FOOD, BEVERAGES & MERCHANDISE
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Are concessions cashless?
Casey's Center is a cashless facility. All concessions will only accept debit, credit, and gift cards with the exception of Overtime Tap (Section 108). Guests are able to transfer cash onto a gift card at the Overtime Tap stand (Section 108) if you do not carry a debit or credit card.
Where can I buy Iowa Wolves merchandise?
The Team Store is located on the main concourse outside Section 110 and is cashless. Fans can also shop online through the NBA G League store.

FAMILY & ACCESSIBILITY
Is there a nursing mother's room?
Yes. A mother's room is available within the First Aid area behind Section 113.
Is Casey's Center sensory inclusive?
Yes. Casey's Center is Sensory Inclusive certified and offers:
- A sensory room behind Section 119
- Sensory bags available through Guest Services behind Section 107 and the Iowa Events Center office in the skywalk, located between Casey's Center and EMC Expo Center.
What is Alpha's Pup Club?

MASCOT, COMMUNITY & SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Can Alpha appear at my event?
Yes, if he's available! Alpha participates in community events throughout Central Iowa. Appearance requests can be submitted here through the official mascot request form.
How do I request a donation?
You can request a donation by clicking here. All donation requests must be submitted online at least 30 days prior to your event. Requests are reviewed and responses are sent via email.
Are fundraising opportunities available?
Yes. Organizations can raise funds through group ticket sales by calling 515-564-8550 or by sending an email to sales@iawolves.com.
Can my school play at Casey's Center?
Yes. Through the Iowa Wolves High School Hoops Series, select high schools can play games on the Casey's Center court. Athletic directors and coaches should contact Dymonte Hawkins at dymonte.hawkins@iawolves.com or call 515-564-8550 for more information.
