Iowa Wolves Acquire Returning Rights to Justin Jaworski

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Wolves announced today that the team has acquired the returning player rights to guard Justin Jaworski from the Oklahoma City Blue in exchange for two second-round picks in tomorrow’s 2022 NBA G League Draft.
Jaworski, 6-3, played in 37 games with Oklahoma City in 2021-22, averaging 8.0 points and 2.6 rebounds per game while shooting 40.2% from the field and 37.6% from three.
Jaworski played four collegiate seasons for Lafayette University where he scored 1,484 career points and made 247 three-pointers and twice earned All-Patriot League honors. He was named the Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year back-to-back in 2019 and 2020, becoming just the fourth Patriot League men’s basketball student-athlete to claim multiple scholar-athlete of the year honors.
After today’s trade, Iowa has the 12th and 37th pick in the 2022 NBA G League Draft.
