INDIANAPOLIS – The Iowa Wolves continue their first road trip of the season on Friday morning visiting the Indiana Mad Ants with tipoff set for 11:30 a.m. CT at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The game will be streamed on NBAGLeague.com.

Iowa improved to 3-0 for the first time since 2021 with its road victory on Tuesday night over the Sioux Falls Skyforce. The Wolves and Skyforce played again after facing off Saturday night at Wells Fargo Arena. Iowa won the first game in overtime.

Two-way guard Daishen Nix is Iowa’s leading scorer at 30.0 points per game and stepped up with big plays in both victories over the Skyforce. Saturday in overtime with the Wolves needing a defensive stop as Sioux Falls was just one point away from the target score, Nix nabbed a steal on the Skyforce’s inbounds and then found Trevor Keels with a perfect pass as Keels made a layup for the comeback win. The Wolves erased a 15-point, fourth-quarter deficit to force overtime as Nix finished with a career-high 45 points. Tuesday night he buried a late three-pointer as part of an 8-0 scoring run that helped push the Wolves to the win in the rematch.

Indiana (1-2) is set for its home opener after starting the season with three-straight road games. Wednesday evening, the Mad Ants were edged in overtime by the Motor City Cruise who forced overtime with a 9-2 closing run. Tristen Newton scored a game-high 22 points in the loss and is Indiana’s top scorer this season, averaging 17.7 points per game.

Iowa and Indiana will play again Monday at 5 p.m. CT at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It will also be streamed on NBAGLeague.com.
